Please read these policies carefully before you register

Class Registration Payment & Refund Policy

Registration is open to the public as soon as the schedule is available online.  Payment for class must be made upon registration to secure a place in a class, as registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Refunds will be given if requested three weeks before the day of the first class meeting. After that time no refunds can be given, but in exceptional cases an “in house” credit may be granted towards another MRAF class. All class cancellations or changes made by the student are subject to a $20.00 processing fee.

Please call the school prior to registration if you have any questions about any of these policies.

Payment and Fees

Payment is required upon registration to hold a place in the class.  Payment is required 30 days before class commences.  Any class which has not 'made' (as defined by MRAF) three weeks before the semester begins will be cancelled.  Students may transfer to another class or receive a refund at this time.

Enrollment may continue up until the day that the class begins provided that the class has made.  Students may also join a class that has already begun, if space allows, and with the permission of the instructor.  Please note that we do not pro-rate classes in the case of late registration.

Methods of Payment

In Person: our office is open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm at 543 Highway 46 West, Boerne, TX 78006.  We accept MasterCard and Visa, checks or cash.

By telephone: MasterCard and Visa payments may be made by phone.  Call 830-537-4654 or 830-537-4652 with class information, card details and contact information.

By Fax: MasterCard and Visa payments may be made by filling in our registration form (available on this website) and faxing to 866-863-6723.

By Mail: Payment is accepted by MasterCard, Visa or check.  Please fill in a registration form and send your payment to Registrations, 543 Highway 46 West, Boerne, TX 78006.

By Paypal: A Paypal button is available for most classes and workshops.  You do not need to have a Paypal account or create one to use this service.  Paypal payment allows the use of any major credit card.  If you are not an existing student, please be sure to mail or fax the registration form to majesticranch@mraf.org or 866-863-6723.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for any amount and at any time of the year.  Simply call the office to make arrangements.

Refer a Friend program

When existing Majestic Ranch students or instructors “refer a friend” (including family members) who has not previously taken classes at the Foundation, and who then signs up for a full semester class*, we will credit both parties with 10% off their registration cost for that semester.

Enrollment Policies

Majestic Ranch Arts Foundation reserves the right to cancel, combine or reschedule classes, and to change instructors, if necessary.  Students will be informed as and when these changes are made.

Majestic Ranch Arts Foundation is not responsible for providing make-up classes or for issuing refunds to participants who have missed classes due to illness, vacation, or any other reason beyond our control.

Majestic Ranch Arts Foundation reserves the right to refuse enrollment to participants with a history of unacceptable behavior.

Majestic Ranch Arts Foundation staff may wish to enter the classroom at various times to take photographs of work in progress, or the class at work, which may be used for publicity purposes.  If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please notify the office.

Cancellations and Refunds

If MRAF cancels a class, a refund will be made in full and no charge will be made, or students may be transferred to another class, at their request. 

Parking

Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
