Class Registration & Payment/Refund Policy

Payment & Refund

Payment is due in full two weeks before class/workshop begins, but if there is space in a class, you may still register up until the day that the class begins.  Students may also join a class that has already begun, if space allows, but it will be at the instructor's discretion as to whether a make-up session can be given.

Payment is always required upon registration to hold a place in a class.

Refunds will be given if requested at least two weeks before the day of the first class meeting. After that time no refunds can be given, but in exceptional cases an  “in house” credit may be granted towards another MRAF class. All class cancellations or changes made by the student are subject to a $10.00 processing fee.

Online payment/Paypal

Payment may now be made online, by clicking the Paypal button and using either your own Paypal account or any credit card that is accepted by Paypal. This service is entirely confidential. 

Registration Form - important

Due to the confidential nature of Paypal payments, no personal information about a registrant is passed to this organisation so please ensure that, when you make payment online via Paypal, you fill in and fax or mail a registration form to us.*  (The registration form is found under the "register" button.)  Failure to do this will mean that we cannot identify registrants, and you will not be registered for class. 

Registration by Phone or Fax

Please call 830-537-4654 to register by phone, using Visa or Mastercard, or fax your completed registration form with credit card details to 866-863-6723.

Registration by Mail

Please complete a registration form and mail together with credit card details or check to Registrations, 543 Highway 46W, Boerne, TX 78006

*It's never too late to register as long as there is room in the class*
